Utilization Information. We may share non-personally identifiable information with our members about how their employees use the Services (e.g., how many member employees use certain features, utilization trends).
Share Functionality. You may choose to use the “share” functionality on our website or in some of our services to send information from Opptiv. In order to fulfill this request, we will ask you for the names and email addresses for you and the individual that you wish to share with. Your name and email address are used to identify you to the recipient of your request. We do not use this information in any way other than to facilitate sharing functions as initiated by you.
We may use and disclose information that does not reveal your specific identity or does not directly relate to you for any purpose.

These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us. Access and Choice regarding Data Controlled by our Clients:
Opptiv collects information under the direction of its business clients and does not have a direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes on behalf of such clients. Businesses that use our services may send invitations to take our assessments to their employees or others. If you would prefer not to receive such invitations, please inform the Opptiv client that has sent you the invitation. Similarly, to access, correct, amend, or delete the personal information collected by one of our clients, please direct your query to the Opptiv client with which you have directly interacted. If the client requests Opptiv to remove the data, we will try to respond to their request within 30 days. If you are a Client and would like to update your account please contact us here. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Clients.
Opptiv will retain personal data we process on behalf of our clients for as long as needed to provide services to our client and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by Opptiv LLC and our partners [e.g. Google, HubSpot], affiliates, or analytics or service providers]. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
